NLF — Your Event Hub ("NLF", "we") is an events platform where organizers publish events and attendees buy tickets that are scanned at the door. You can reach us at nlfyoureventhub@gmail.com or on 0530916975.

We do not claim to be government-approved, certified, registered or endorsed by any authority, and nothing here is legal advice.

• Account details: your name, email address, optional phone number and profile picture.
• Event details you publish as an organizer: title, description, venue, optional map location, date, capacity, price and cover image.
• Ticket records: which event a ticket belongs to, its entry code, whether it has been scanned, and when.
• Wallet records: your balance and a statement of top-ups and purchases.
• Payment references from our payment processor — never your card number, bank details or Mobile Money PIN.
• Support messages you send us through the feedback centre.
• Cookie and storage choices, including the date and policy version of your consent.

• To create and secure your account and keep you signed in.
• To issue tickets, keep your wallet balance correct, and prevent double entry at the door.
• To let an organizer verify a ticket at their own event — they see the buyer's name and ticket reference only.
• To send transactional emails: ticket confirmations, event creation confirmations and purchase records.
• To detect fraud, abuse and duplicate or forged tickets.
• To answer your support and copyright reports.

We do not store passwords, card numbers, bank details, Mobile Money PINs or secret API keys in cookies or in your browser. Payments are handled by our payment processor and verified on our server before your wallet or ticket is issued.

• You: your profile, wallet, statement and tickets are private to your account.
• Event organizers: for an event you buy into, the organizer sees your name and ticket reference so they can check you in.
• NLF administrators: limited access when investigating fraud, abuse or a copyright report.
• Service providers: our hosting/database provider, our payment processor and our email sender, only as needed to run the service.

We do not sell your personal information.

Account, ticket and wallet records are kept while your account is active and afterwards only as long as needed to resolve disputes, refunds or misuse relating to those records.

• Edit your name, phone number and picture at any time from your profile.
• Change or withdraw cookie consent from Cookie Settings in the footer.
• Ask us for a copy of your information, a correction, or deletion of your account by emailing nlfyoureventhub@gmail.com.

Some records tied to completed ticket sales may be retained where needed for accounting or dispute handling, even after an account is deleted.

Access to your data is enforced at the database level so that one account cannot read another's tickets, wallet or profile. Money movements and ticket issuing happen on our server, not in your browser, and payment secrets never reach the app. No online service can promise perfect security, so please use a strong password and tell us immediately if you notice anything unusual.

NLF is intended for adults. Individual events may set their own age requirements at the door.

If we change this policy we will update the date above and, where the change affects cookies, ask for your consent again.
