Terms & Conditions

NLF provides the platform. Each event is created, priced and run by its own organizer, and the organizer is responsible for the event itself — what happens on the day, entry requirements, cancellations and refunds. NLF is not the organizer of those events and makes no claim of being government-approved, certified or registered.

• Give accurate details and keep your sign-in credentials to yourself.
• You are responsible for activity carried out with your account.
• One person, one account. Accounts used for fraud or ticket resale abuse may be suspended.

• Wallet balance is credited only after our server verifies the payment with the payment processor.
• Wallet balance is for buying tickets on NLF. It is not a bank account and earns no interest.
• You can also pay for a ticket directly at checkout without topping up.
• Prices are shown before you confirm. A ticket is issued only after payment is confirmed.

• Every ticket carries a QR code and a backup entry code. They are two forms of the same ticket — once one is scanned, the ticket is used.
• Only the organizer of that event can scan its tickets, and each ticket is accepted once.
• Do not share, copy or sell screenshots of your ticket. A ticket already scanned will be refused at the door.
• Tickets stop being valid after the event has passed.

• Publish accurate event details: venue, time, capacity and price.
• Only upload images and text you have the right to use.
• Honour tickets that the app shows as valid at your event.
• Keep your private scan code secret — anyone with it can check guests in.
• The ticket price cannot be changed after an event is published.

• Forging, duplicating or reselling tickets outside the app.
• Attempting to access another user's account, wallet or tickets.
• Probing, scraping or attacking the platform.
• Publishing illegal, hateful, deceptive or infringing content.

We may suspend accounts, unpublish events and cancel tickets obtained through abuse or fraud.

We work to keep NLF running, but the service is provided as-is and may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons beyond our control.
